From Sweden Astrophobos is another "unpleasant" (haha) discovery for our ears. The band has been active since 2009 and produces a dark and cavernous Black Metal, with doom and melodic parts but always quite raw, very close to the first 90's scene. The riffs are often sharp and dramatic, the dark and naturally evocative voice is a dark deadly ritual. We would say a classic! "Malice of Antiquity" is their second album of 2019 and you will see it come out on vinyl with the new year, and we will certainly reissue on vinyl all the material we can of this band that has entered our stable.
