Sevan Mater signed with LITOSTH (Caxias do Sul - RS) started its activities in 2016 as a solo project by Maicon Ristow (also guitarist of the band PATRIA). 

Merging Genres such as Black Metal, Doom Metal and Melodic Death Metal released the album Crossed Parallels of Self Refraction (2019 - Sulfur Records) and now presents his second album Farther From The Sun, out on Deluxe CD Edition in May and on vinyl later in 2022. 

Farther From The Sun is a necromantic album from different perspectives, starting from the beautiful cover. Written and produced during the chaos of the 2020 covid-19 pandemic, it sounds even more melancholy and gritty than the previous work, perfectly matching Litosth's meaning 'a state of agony and torment created by the sudden sight of misery itself'. 

The album was recorded at Dead Marshall studio between July and August 2020 in the city of Caxias do Sul/RS, production, mixing and mastering by Dave Deville.
